Winners and DT Favorites: Challenge No. 82 and Redraw

Welcome, bloggers! We had a fantastic turnout with 191 entries last week!
Wellll... once again... before we get to last week's winners, I have to redraw one winner from Challenge No. 79. No one came forward to claim the Fresh Brewed Design prize! And again, I'm baffled! Ssoooo...
This time, I hand picked one entry from 194 entries for Fresh Brewed Designs.
#67 Jackie Cornfield
Please put IDCB Winner No. 79 FBD in the subject line.
It just breaks my heart to have to disqualify some linkups! But I had to disqualify some entries and this wasn't caught until after favorites were selected so I could not go in and delete before hand. Our rules are clearly listed right over there <<<<<----- So after the disqualifications which are six and one entry that linked twice totaling 7, that now brings the total number for the draw to 184. I only deleted one that had been banned before because of unfair play and so if you look at the total entries it reads 190 but there were 191 before I banned that one entry. That will be why there is a discrepancy between the entries and the number used for the draw. I hope you all can understand that.
We use Random.org to pick our winners. Our sponsors last week were Bugaboo Digi Stamps and, appearing for the first time at IDCB, The East Wind!
For Bugaboo Digi Stamps, Random.org chose:
Please put IDCB Winner No. 82 Bugaboo in the subject line.
For The East Wind, Random.org chose:
Please put IDCB Winner No. 82 TEW in the subject line.
Congratulations! Please send an email to IDCB.Winner@gmail.com within 7 days. We will provide you with info on how to collect your prize. :) Be sure to grab our badge from the right side bar to proudly display on your personal blog! Thank you so much for playing along with Inspiration Destination!
Now for our DT Favorites! These participants were each handpicked from 191 entries (because we chose our favorites before any disqualifications or deletions)!

Hi I am Wendy Burns I live in Nottingham UK with my husband and two children who have been the inspiration behind the characters, in particular my daughter who has kept me up-to-date with blogging and trends. I work predominantly within the textile children’s wear market, fashion and interiors.
I trained as a textile designer and although my work is digital based, I love to retain that hand drawn /sewn feel which I hope comes across in my artwork.
Digital stamps is a new challenge for me and the opportunity to work with the All Dressed Up Team and has been very exciting, in particular the creative way my characters have been given individual personalities by the designers.
All Dressed Up is a newly launched blog with an enthusiastic team who are passionate about stamping. The coordinators Anne Lise and Bettina along with an amazing design team are also known as The Dressy Girls.
We have a friendly Facebook page, regular blog posts, tutorials, challenges and freebies. The stamps can be purchased from the Etsy shop which is updated on a monthly basis.
We really are friendly bunch and would love to see your creations so please feel free to contact us and visit the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog.
