Anything Goes Challenge No. 41

Hey all! Welcome to another fun, fun week of Anything Goes at Inspiration Destination! We're so happy you've joined us again and if it's your first time here, we're so happy you've shown up! :) Please be sure to click on our Googles Friend Connect at the top of the page to follow us! Thank you!
I forgot to mention something very important during last week's challenge and I hope you all will think it's fun as well! First of all, some sad news. One of our team members had to step down from the team. Beverly was unable to continue to meet our demanding weekly schedule. Especially since the DT Coordinator insists on scheduling THREE sponsors in ONE week! WHAT is up with that?!? lol We wish her nothing but the best in Blogland and with her future endeavors!
So with her departure, it leaves us a little shy of an even dozen. Instead of having a DT call, we're going to shake things up a bit and see if anything comes loose! lol We've decided to have Guest Designers join us on occasion! Yes! You've read that right! At the end of each month, we will put all the winning entries into a second draw for a GD spot in a future challenge. What?!? Yes! We will do that for a bit and see if we have willing participants! Ha! There's always a chance our winning pick will say no and we will do another random draw from the winning entries. It's all new to us so we will just have to wait and see how it works out. Y'all get to come along for the ride! Ha!
On to some serious business! That is... our fabulous sponsors for this week! Once again, our DT Coordinator must have been on a bender because we've got THREE generous sponsors this week! We have Doctor Digi's House of Stamps with TWO digis for ONE lucky winner, Inky Impressions with THREE images and ONE sentiment for a second winner and Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps with a $10 GC for a third lucky winner!! Woohoo! So let's get this party started!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Welcome to the brilliantly bizarre brain of Dr. Digi's House of Stamps. Here you will find monsters, aliens, odd balls and Dundertons as well as many many more wonderful digital stamps. Our artist and founder cut his teeth in the craft world at the company "Just Inklined", where his unique digis made a huge impression. We're hoping to continue to entertain and amuse, with our growing catalogue of great value digis with a sense of humour.
We are a family owned art rubber stamp company that has been in business since June of 2009. We are located in the United States in Northeastern, Ohio. We are proud to say that all of our rubber stamps are made right here in the U.S.A. We are dedicated to providing crafters around the world with some of the cutest rubber and digital stamp designs.
When Inky Impressions originally opened our doors in 2009, we only offered rubber stamps. However, after a few years and many requests from our customers, we opted to offer some of our designs in digital format. All digital stamp images are sent out at 300 DPI. Opting for digital images allows you more freedom to play with image. You can resize it, flip it and print it in any color you choose.
As for our rubber stamps, each and every stamp made is “extra deep etched” on quality red rubber for a crisp impression every time! All Inky Impressions rubber stamps are sold with EZ mount cling and come to you on a laminated 4” by 6” color card. This color card allows the customer to have a coloring reference when using the image.
Inky Impressions offers many girl and boy characters, however, our main characters are LiLi, Angelica, Nicholas and Christopher. These characters are cartoon drawings of our children.
I would like to share with you the story of how Inky Impressions was born. When I first started crafting, I would typically use die cuts and stickers, but eventually started using rubber stamps to create some of my page layouts. I have always loved the cute style! And as you probably know, finding a cute little girl or little boy stamp back in 2002, consisted of a stick figure rubber stamp that was wood mounted. It worked for the time being, but after many years, I felt the need to bring exactly what I had envisioned to life….. This is when we decided to take that leap and go for it! With much excitement, we had the website built and Inky was born. I am very proud to say that Inky Impressions was the first rubber stamp company in the world to offer characters with realistic features.
Being a stay at home mommy and wife has allowed me the opportunity and the time to devote to Inky Impressions. Without the support of my family and friends, my dream of Inky Impressions would not have been possible. I can’t even begin to express how excited I am to share my dream with you. We are devoted to you, our customers, so please feel free to share your artwork that is made with our stamps, or to just drop us a line to say hello!
BIG HUGS!
We strive to to bring glory to God through everything we do, for without Him, we could do nothing.
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31
Our Story:
We are a small, family-owned, Christian company offering exclusive hand-drawn images in both clear and digital stamps to the paper crafting community.
We got our start back in November of 2007 when Korin was searching for a knight stamp to use for our son's 5th birthday party invitations. The search failed so she decided to draw one herself and, as they say, the rest is history. :)
That first knight drawing became our first stamp set, which turned into four stamp sets, which soon became many, many stamp sets.
In addition to our "sweet 'n sassy" images and sentiments, we pride ourselves in offering many KJV scripture stamps. Our personal conviction is that the KJV Bible is the most accurate and we found the industry really lacking in this area, so we decided to do something about it. God's Word is so important to us and we love sharing it with others in this way!
In February 2009, we introduced digital stamps to our line and what a blessing that was! It opened up a whole new market for us and allowed us to bring even more of our exclusive images to our customers.
In Fall 2011, we introduced our first die set and it was a huge hit. We have since added others to our die line but only gradually, as they are more expensive to manufacture. We look forward to bringing you more fabulous die designs in the future!
It has been an amazing journey thus far full of countless blessings and we can't wait to see where the Lord leads next! We invite you join us as we continue on this exciting journey!
Because He lives,
Korin & Dan Sutherland
